From there, immerse yourself in the beauty of Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim, where you’ll explore Tsomgo Lake, visit the Hanuman Temple, and admire the Kyongnosla Alpine Sanctuary. The next leg of your journey takes you to the captivating Lachung, where you’ll witness the mesmerising Seven Sisters Waterfall and the renowned Yumthang Valley, often referred to as the “Switzerland of India.” Your tour concludes with a memorable return to Dhaka, leaving you with cherished memories and a longing to explore more.

Tour Plan

Day 0 (22/11/22): 

  • Journey starts from Kallyanpur Bus Stand, Dhaka at night.
  • Overnight journey to Siliguri (Direct Bus)

Day 01 (23/11/22):

  • After completing all the formalities at Changrabandha port we will reach Siliguri by midday
  • After having lunch, will set course for Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim.
  • During this 3hrs scenic drive, we will see Mahananda Wildlife Sanctuary, Coronation bridge an excellent Architecture over river Teesta
  • After finally reaching Gangtok, we will check in to our hotel.
  • Evening is kept free for you so you can rest. You can choose to explore the city as well if you’d like to do so.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 02 (24/11/22): 

  • Day starts with breakfast at hotel.
  • After breakfast will visit Tsomgo Lake where you can enjoy the breath-taking landscape with the fast-flowing water cascades.
  • We will be stopping to check out the Hanuman Temple and Kyongnosla Alpine Sanctuary along the way amongst several other viewpoints.
  • We will try to return to the hotel by the evening so you can roam around the MG Road (mall) or local shopping centres to buy souvenirs.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 03 (25/11/22):  

  • Have breakfast early in the morning then immediately transfer to Lachung.
  • Visit Seven Sisters Waterfall & Naga falls along the way.
  • Evening is for you explore the city
  • Overnight stay in Lachung.

Day 04 (26/11/22): 

  • Have your final breakfast in Lachung.
  • Get ready for the much-awaited journey to Yumthang valley, also known as the valley of flowers. Locals have a different name for it: Switzerland of India. This ultimate journey to Yumthang valley is beautiful which takes you to the different world with ice spilling on roads.
  • After engulfing the beauty of Lachung we will head back to Gangtok.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 05 (27/11/22):  

  • Breakfast served in the morning at the hotel.
  • Gangtok sightseeing all day.
  • Overnight stay at Gangtok

Day 06 (28/11/22):  

  • Head back to Shiliguri
  • From Shiliguri start our journey back to Chengrabandha.
  • After crossing the border over to Bangladesh, we will head back to Dhaka.

  3. Tsomgo Lake: A mesmerizing high-altitude lake surrounded by snow-capped mountains and cascading waterfalls, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere.
  4. Lachung: A picturesque mountain village famous for its natural beauty, including the Seven Sisters Waterfall, Naga Falls, and the stunning Yumthang Valley, also known as the Valley of Flowers.
  5. Yumthang Valley: A paradise for nature lovers, with its lush meadows, colourful alpine flowers, and snow-covered peaks, providing a captivating experience reminiscent of Switzerland.
